Membership: Our experts will help arrange any necessary memberships and inform you of any upcoming renewal dates.

Enrolment : Our enrolment process has been designed to be as hassle free as possible and means you will waste no time in starting your studies. You will be provided with your own course PA who will take care of everything from; enrolment, institute membership, online log in details and sending your course materials. As soon as you enrol, your Student Support Team will provide you with a welcome pack including details of your industry expert tutor and how to arrange your induction.

E-learning platform with technical support.

Course Materials :  All course materials are included in the price of your course. You will receive course materials at regular intervals throughout your course and if needed you can access materials online. Your materials include: study guide, course guide, course books and online study elements.
Please note International students may receive all materials at once due to the high cost of shipping.

First Class Tutor Support: Our industry expert tutors are not only highly trained and qualified professionals, but are there to guide you through your studies to ensure that you receive the best learning experience possible. Our tutors also have a wealth of knowledge supplying multi national companies.

Communication via Booked Calls, FaceTime or Skype. We have made it even easier to contact your tutor using the latest technology via Skype, FaceTime and Whatsapp.

After Hour Support: We are dedicated to helping you succeed in your studies and have created an out of hours service for those students who aren’t available during regular working hours. Every Tuesday and Wednesday you can pre-book tutor calls to discuss any queries you may have. This service is available until 8pm.

Mock Exams and Assignments:  Past mock exams and assignments will be provided at your convenience as a self development test.

Email Support:  Contact your tutor 24/7 via email. It’s a great way of asking any urgent questions you may have.

 
Face to Face Tutor Support: This is another great added bonus provided by our first class support package.
Take advantage of our monthly get together and engage with your tutor in a positive and friendly environment, whilst receiving expert advice in the industry you are studying.
This is a great way of learning and gaining knowledge in a specific field or area and is a support feature we have implemented for students who feel they need extra support.

 Face to Face Meeting Dates: (Premium Package Only)  Meetings are available on the last Monday of every month, excluding bank holidays and July and August. Face to face meeting dates are allocated on a first come, first served basis and must be booked in advance with your mentor

Exam and Assignment Support: Whether you are completing an exam or assignment during your course this can be a crucial time for you and we can guarantee to support you every step of the way.Our industry experts can provide you with previous mock papers to ensure you are fully prepared. This will help banish any niggling nerves before your exam day.This tool can also be a great way for highlighting certain areas or topics you feel you need to focus on. You know what they say; practice makes perfect!

 Mentor Support: Unlike other training providers you are provided with a student mentor.
